So, pregnant mothers who habitually eat enough for two may find themselves developing undesirable health conditions.</p>
<p><span id="more-131"></span>Therefore, it is important for pregnant mothers to understand what kind of food is best for them and their baby.</p>
<p>Even if you have been eating a healthy diet prior to your pregnancy, you have to pay extra attention to what you eat when you are pregnant. A healthy diet is vital to a successful pregnancy because it ensures correct fetal growth and reduces complications.</p>
<p>Given below are a few guidelines regarding <strong><a title="nutrition for pregnant women" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.pregnancyplanet.net/" target="_blank">nutrition for pregnant women</a></strong>:</p>

<li>Avoid empty calories. Choose whole grain foods and substitute high calorie foods with foods that have higher nutritive value.</li>

<li>Pregnant women need approximately 1,500 mg of calcium everyday. This supplies enough calcium to the fetus for bone growth and prevents the mother from losing her bone density. In this regard, it is important to remember that most women do not get enough calcium even when they are not pregnant. So, extra effort has to be made to get the right amounts of calcium throughout pregnancy. Calcium rich foods include tofu, salmon, green leafy vegetables and dairy products.</li>

<li>Another important aspect of nutrition for pregnant women is regarding the need to stock up on food rich in iron. These include fish, poultry, eggs, enriched grains and green leafy vegetables. However, since iron absorption from food takes place at a very slow pace, many doctors advise the intake of iron supplements. Iron supplements often lead to constipation, though it may help if you take your supplements with food. To improve iron absorption, include food that is rich in vitamin C.</li>
</ul>

<li>Folic acid is important to proper fetal growth. Taking in 400 mg of folic acid everyday can prevent more than 70% of birth defects commonly found in newborn babies. Natural foods like dark green vegetables, oranges, grains, beans, lean meat and liver are rich in folic acid. You also get folic acid supplements, and doctors often recommend the intake of prenatal vitamins that contain folic acid.</li>
</ul>

<li>Pregnant mothers must not follow a restrictive diet. Do not skip meals. Eat enough to gain weight at the recommended rate. Include a variety of foods since this ensures that you are getting all the minerals and vitamins that your body needs. Eat at regular intervals so that your blood sugar levels do not peak and dip.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drink plenty of <a id="KonaLink0" href="http://www.articlesbase.com/pregnancy-articles/the-best-nutrition-for-pregnant-women-671771.html#" target="undefined"><span style="color:#009900;">water</span></a> to keep your body hydrated. Avoid alcohol and quit smoking.</li>

<p>Believe it or not, the correct answer to every question is A, B, <em>and</em> C &#8212; even that Saturday afternoon snooze! According to the growing &#8220;Stealth Health&#8221; movement, sneaking healthy habits into our daily living is easier than we think.</p>
<p>&#8220;You can infuse your life with the power of prevention incrementally and fairly painlessly, and yes, doing <em>something,</em> no matter how small, is infinitely better for you than doing nothing,&#8221; says David Katz, MD, MPH, director of Yale University&#8217;s Prevention Research Center and of the Yale Preventive Medicine Center. Katz is also co-author of the book<em>Stealth Health: How to Sneak Age-Defying, Disease-Fighting Habits into Your Life without Really Trying.</em></p>
<p>From your morning shower to the evening news, from your work commute to your household chores, Katz says, there are at least 2,400 ways to sneak healthy activities into daily living.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you let yourself make small changes, they will add up to meaningful changes in the quality of your diet, your physical activity pattern, your capacity to deal with <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=488">stress</a>, and in your <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=6177">sleep</a> quality &#8212; and those four things comprise an enormously powerful health promotion that can change your life,&#8221; says Katz.</p>
<p>And yes, he says, a nap on the couch can be a health-giving opportunity &#8212; particularly if you aren&#8217;t getting enough sleep at night.</p>
<p>Nutritionist and <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=343">diabetes</a> educator Fran Grossman, RD, CDE, agrees. &#8220;You don&#8217;t have to belong to a gym or live on wheat grass just to be healthy,&#8221; says Grossman, a <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=10192">nutrition</a>counselor at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York. &#8220;There are dozens of small things you can do every day that make a difference, and you don&#8217;t always have to do a lot to gain a lot.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Do a Little, Get a Lot</h3>
<p>The notion that good health can come in small tidbits is not really new. Research showing that making small changes can add up to a big difference has been quietly accumulating for a while.</p>
<p>For example, a study published in the <em>Archives of Internal Medicine</em> in 2004 found that adding just 30 minutes of walking per day was enough to prevent weight gain and encourage moderate <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=18262">weight loss</a>.</p>
<p>And if 30 minutes is still too big a bite? Another study, published in <em>Medicine &amp; Science in Sports &amp; Exercise,</em> found that three brisk 10-minute walks per day were as effective as a daily 30-minute walk in decreasing risk factors for <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=87976">heart disease</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;Just the act of going from sedentary to moderately active gives you the greatest reduction in your risks,&#8221; says Helene Glassberg, MD, director of the Preventive Cardiology and Lipid Center at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s not only in <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=6841">fitness</a> where small changes can make a difference. The same principles apply at the kitchen table (and the office snack bar).</p>
<p>&#8220;Reducing fat intake, cutting down on sugar, eating a piece of fruit instead of a candy bar &#8212; over time, these things can make a difference,&#8221; says Grossman.</p>
<p>As long as the changes are moving you toward your goal &#8212; be it weight loss, a reduction in <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=320">cholesterol</a> or blood pressure, or better blood sugar control &#8212; you can get there by taking baby steps, she says.</p>
<p>Moreover, Grossman tells WebMD, making small changes can help give us the motivation to make bigger ones.</p>
<p>&#8220;A lot of bad eating habits are about not taking charge of your life, and that attitude is often reflected in other areas,&#8221; says Grossman. On the other hand, she says, when you make small changes at the kitchen table, the rewards may show up in other areas of your life.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s the act of taking control that makes the difference in motivating you,&#8221; says Grossman. &#8220;An inner confidence and power begins to develop that can be seen in other areas of life.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Tripping Over Baby Steps</h3>
<p>Of course, not everyone is certain that baby steps can walk you all the way to good health. Marc Siegel, MD, a clinical associate professor at the NYU School of Medicine, says that while doing something is certainly better than doing nothing, making such small changes is like using a Band-aid to stop a hemorrhage.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a small, gimmicky idea to target people with very unhealthy lifestyles, and for some it may be useful,&#8221; says Siegel, author of <em>False Alarm: the Truth about the Epidemic of Fear.</em>But he fears that for most people, it&#8217;s sending the wrong message.</p>
<p>&#8220;In some ways it&#8217;s a resignation, an admission that things can&#8217;t be changed &#8212; and that&#8217;s certainly not the long-term answer,&#8221; Siegel tells WebMD.</p>
<p>Katz concedes that the Stealth Health approach may not be right for everybody.</p>
<p>&#8220;There is a trade-off because if you try to make the pursuit of health easier for people, you run the risk of leading them to believe they don&#8217;t need to do very much &#8212; and that would be the wrong message,&#8221; he says.</p>
<p>At the same time, Katz believes that for those who find making health changes a daunting task, Stealth Health techniques can make a difference.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you want the really big gains, there has to be some pain,&#8221; says Katz. &#8220;But there is a lot to be said for the idea that you can make some gains with little or no pain, and that&#8217;s infinitely better than no gains.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Try the Stealth Health Approach</h3>
<p>Tempted to give &#8220;Stealth Health&#8221; a try? Katz recommends picking any three of the following 12 changes and incorporating them into your life for four days. <p>Latest Research involving 4,000 women diagnosed with breast cancer showed that aspirin consumption is proven to increase patient survival and reduce recurrence. </p>
<p>&#8220;About 50 percent of women with breast cancer who take aspirin, less likely to die than those not taking them,&#8221; said lead researcher Dr. Michelle Holmes, who is also professor of epidemiology at Harvard Medical School and School of Public Health, Boston, United States, such as reported by HealthDay. <span id="more-114"></span>This research is published online on February 16 and in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. <br />
In general, bright Holmes, for women who consumed more aspirin a week will have a higher life expectancy. This is done by comparing the aspirin users and who do not. For instance recovering patients who take aspirin for 6-7 days a week, they will have a 64 percent reduction in risk of death. Meanwhile, those who took aspirin for 2-5 days a week, with a variety of different reasons-even would have reduced the risk of death up to 71 percent. However, the most important is the data 50 percent of the overall risk reduction. This study did not include the dose taken, but the only time in a week usage. </p>

For this study, Holmes and colleagues evaluated the use of aspirin among women at least one year after being diagnosed with breast cancer. The woman, diagnosed with stage 1, 2, or 3 breast cancer between 1976 and 2002. All of these women are participants Nurses Health Study. <br />
During the research process, until the death of a woman in June 2006, 341 women died of breast cancer and 400 people because of recurrence or other metastatic disease. However, Holmes asserted aspirin will never be the recommended drugs for treatment of cancer. <br />

Mungkin dari temen-temen banyak yang mengira bahwa jika kita chating di yahoomessenger hanya bisa membuka aplikasi yahoomessenger satu saja, itu tidak sepenuhnya benar, karena setelah gugling, ternyata kita dapat menggunakan aplikasi yahoomessenger lebih dari satu. Jadi, yang mempunyai hoby membuat email (emailnya lebih dari satu, dapat memanfaatkan cara ini). Disini saya tuliskan bagaimana mensetting komputer kita supaya dapat mengaktifkan aplikasi yahoomessenger lebih dari satu, atau istilah kere’nnya multiple user yahoomessenger. Berikut langkah-langkahnya (ada 2 cara).</p>
<p>Cara 1</p>
<p>Tambahkan  parameter di registry windows, biar gak susah-susah ngetik, <span id="more-94"></span>kita dapat mengkopykan code dibawah ini, dan paste di notepad aja, trus simpan dengan nama YM_multi.reg</p>
<p>REGEDIT4</p>
<p>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\yahoo\pager\Test] “Plural”=dword:00000001</p>
<p>kemudian klik dua kali (double click) file YM_multi.reg yang baru dibuat tadi. Atau dengan menggunakan cara yang kedua dibawah ini</p>
<p>Cara 2</p>
<p>1. Start-&gt;Run lalu ketik regedit dan kemudian tekan enter sambil baca bismillah.</p>
<p>2. Cari key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager\Test]</p>
<p>3. Setelah itu klik kanan di key Test pilih New | DWORD Value</p>
<p>4. Kemudian hapus nama New Value #1 dan ketikan plural.</p>
<p>5. Kemudian double klik maka akan muncul dialog Edit DWORD Value dan isikan nilai value data nya 00000001 lalu OK dan tutup editor regedit.</p>
<p>Langkah selanjutnya adalah menjalankan aplikasi yahoomessenger anda, tentunya menggunakan lebih dari satu user, supaya perubahan yang baru saja kita lakukan kelihatan hasilnya. Semoga sukses dan kalo kurang jelas bisa dituliskan dikomentar.</p>

Ada beberapa cara untuk menghentikan kerja virus pada saat autorun, salah satunya adalah men-disable-kan setingan autorun di komputer. Berikut salah satu langkahnya :</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:18pt;">Namun dengan menggunakan cara diatas, perkembang biakan virus tidaklah berhenti hanya sampai disitu. Coba saya beri contoh, misalnya kalau flash disk kita sudah terinfeksi virus, dan secara tidak sengaja kita meng-click virus yang ada didalam flash disk kita, akibatnya komputer kita tetap terjangkit virus meskipun autorun sudah di disable (dimatikan).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:18pt;">Maka tidak ada salahnya kita mencoba cara yang kedua, yaitu mencegah virus mengopykan file jahatnya untuk masuk kedalah flash disk kita. Langkahnya sederhana dan cukup singkat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:48pt;text-indent:-30pt;"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span>1.<span style="font-family:&quot;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Buat folder bernama “autorun.inf” di flash disk, kemudian ubah statusnya melalui properties folder tersebut menjadi <em>read only</em>, atau kalo mau lebih ampuh ubahlah menjadi file system. <span style="color:#ffcc00;">(<em>untuk nomor dua, aku pernah baca seperti itu, tapi penjelasan detailnya aku kurang tau</em>)</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:48pt;text-indent:-30pt;"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span>2.<span style="font-family:&quot;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Sebenarnya langkah diatas sudah cukup, namun kalau ingin lebih ampuh, didalam folder autorun.inf diatas, kita buat file baru bernama NiHauMa atau file apapun yang merupakan Chainis code, karena virus yang menggunakan vbscript tidak mengenali chainis code.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
<p>Dan apabila langkah diatas kurang ampuh, kita dapat mendownload program pembuat autorun.inf yang sudah teruji. Ni saya kasih namanya aja ya. <strong>Flash Disinfector,</strong> ya itu namanya. Flash Disinfector adalah program kecil yang berfungsi untuk menghapus virus “autorun.inf” yang banyak menginfeksi flash disk di Indonesia bahkan di dunia. Cara kerjanya program ini adalah mengganti file “autorun.inf” yang ada di flash disk dengan folder “autorun.inf” yang dibuat oleh Flash Disinfector. Kemudian file “autorun.inf” akan diproteksi oleh Flash Disinfector sehingga virus tidak akan bisa mendelete atau mengganti file tersebut.</p>
<p>Folder “autorun.inf” yang dibuat Flash Disinfector di-hidden dan di-proteksi sehingga tidak bisa dihapus oleh virus maupun oleh orang lain, karena dianggap sebagai sistem file oleh Windows. Folder “autorun.inf” ini juga dibuat di setiap “root” harddisk komputer netter oleh Flash Disinfector. Mau? Sebenernya mau tak sertakan juga, tapi koneksinya lambat, jadi temen-temen bisa nyari digugel. Selamat bergugling ria…</p>

Hidayatullah.com—Bukan hanya bayi yang mengenakan popok alias pampers. Pasuka PampersTetapi tentara Yahudi-Israel juga mengenakannya. Tapi bukan karena mereka suka ngompol. Ini disebabkan karena mereka takut buang air di luar kendaraan tempur karena khawati serangan para pejuang Al-Qassam.</p>
<p>Mungkin karena ketakutan itulah yang membuat alas an pasukan Israel hingga memutuskan mengenakan Pampers. Gara-gara sikapnya yang lucu ini, para pemuda Palestina memberi julukan baru<span id="more-85"></span> pada mereka dengan sebuah Jaish Pampers (tentara Pampers).<br />
Julukan ini bukanlah tanpa dasar, para pejuang Al-Qassam berhasil mengungkap bahwa pasukan Israel memakai penampung air seni, yang biasa dipakai anak-anak atau para manula.</p>
<p>Lewat jumpa pers, di hadapan para wartawan yang ditayangkan channel Al Quds, pasca pertempuran Al Furqan, beberapa waktu lalu.</p>
<p>&#8220;Di mana keberanian tentara itu (Israel), yang menyerang dengan dukungan teknologi. Dari udara, dari atas awan, dari laut, serta dari dalam tank mereka yang terlindungi, untuk menghadapi para pemuda yang tidak memiliki banyak persenjataan, akan tetapi mereka bisa mengalahkan,&#8221; ujarnya.</p>
<p>&#8220;Dan kami akan menggambarkan kepengecutan para tentara Zionis itu, adalah hal yang paling aneh, bahwa yang selalu kita nilai sebagai militer yang terkuat di dunia ternyata mengenakan Pampers, dan mereka tidak mau keluar dari tank, untuk menghadapi para pejuang,&#8221; tambah pejuang Al-Qassam.</p>
<p>Kontan, kabar itu menjadi bahan tertawaan penduduk Palestina serta ramai dibicarakan dalam forum-forum diskusi di internet. Bermacam-macam komentar beredar, &#8220;bisa-bisa pemerintahan Israel akan memboikot produk Pampers, karena telah menyebabkan mereka kalah perang&#8221;, &#8220;pesawat tempur Israel terpaksa kembali ke pangkalan mereka, karena pilotnya lupa belum mengganti Pampersnya yang lama&#8221;, ada juga komentar, &#8220;militer Israel telah menghubungi perusahaan Pampers agar memperbesar ukuran, agar lebih bisa tahan lama&#8221;[hdyth]</p>
